Thank you for shopping with Still Wagging. We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
We ship to addresses within the United States. Standard shipping typically takes 5–10 business days after processing. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout depending on the carrier and destination.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order through the carrier's website.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at wagginstill@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to U.S. addresses only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
